Cheap gothic/emo/punk jewelry?
I used to be a tomboy so i never really wore any jewelry, but recently i have started to become more goth. I have realized that hot topic has some reallllllyyyyyy expensive jewelry. I need jewelry that is cheaper than hot topic. Do any of you guys know websites that has cheaper gothic jewelry? (Studded bracelets, chokers, etc.)
I've already tried ebay. Most of its the same price of hot topic but after you pay shipping, its more expensive...
claires or walmart. also, since its almost halloween places like Party City (i was just there today) have stuff out. i saw a choker today for like $3.

How can I make a cheap reusable mold for an arm cast?
I want to make two arms that can have a variety of hands in different poses that attach to them. Since I'm making two arms, I want to have a reusable mold. The material for the cast will also have to be lightweight and easy to carve out a piece (so that I can attach the hand). What do you suggest I use for this? Keep in mind that I'm working on a teenager budget, so I cannot afford much.
The easiest (and cheapest) material is plaster of Paris and cloth - gauze holds more plaster but cotton cloth holds enough. Because flexible materials are expensive, you will have to make a two part rigid mold that goes half way round the arm the right way and even that will have to be coated with vaseline as a release. If you know a friendly nurse, med tech or doctor, you can wrap the arm and have the "cast" cut off with the reciprocating blade tool that doesn't cut flesh which is used by them to split casts. Failing that, you will have provide your own dividing lines and lay down half the cast then coat the edge and do the other half.
Strongly suggest you practice this application and removal process on a small section that you don't mind destroying if things go wrong.

what is a good TUBE distortion pedal for deathcore/hardcore music?
hey i am in a metal band and i am looking to upgrade my tone. i currently have a crate 40w solid state head with a eminence speaker.
i want a tube distortion that has a bit of gain with it i was thinking maybe a NEW ibanez tubeking or something along those lines.
i dont want to hear metal zone or a digitech death metal pedal i now all of the common ones.
i was also looking into a multi effects processor like a line 6 floor pod or digitech multi effects pedal
nothing over 300 dollars
currently i have a Jackson SLSMG with blackouts (extremely high gain there is no clean) and a boss metal core
Look, if you can't get a good tone with a Jackson loaded with Blackouts through a Metal Zone or Metalcore, then you need to get a better amp!
I'm betting an Epiphone Valve Jr would be just as loud and sound better than your Crate.
What are the best and most significant ways to improve your tone? Upgrade your amp and upgrade your speaker(s). In your case this means either upgrading the Crate or ditching it.... all you can do to upgrade it is replace the speaker, which isn't a half-bad idea. A good speaker would run you maybe 100-150$ brand new? I would suggest the GT75 Celestion... 75 watts of great mids, clear but not shrill or buzzy highs, and just enough bass to be authoritative but not flabby.
The better alternative is to go to a new head and use multiple speakers. It's amazing how much your tone thickens up when using multiple speakers... one of the reasons why 4x12's sound so much better than single speakers....
And what's the point of getting a multifx processor if you can't get a clean tone at this point? Overload a multifx unit and you get digital clipping, which is bad times....
