how to take the swing arm off an orange 222?
my brother has an orange 222 downhill bike, and is insisting on having it repainted. only problem is, we cant get the swing arm off the bike. the bolts and everything are taken out, but theres an axle with bearings on that doesnt seem to come out. any help?

How do I replace my bearings on my Orange suspension bike?

Looks complicated but its really quite simple. Firstly, you’ll need a 3mm and 5mm allen key, and a rubber mallet. (If you don’t have a rubber mallet then use wood, but make sure you put some cloth over it so you don’t damage the paint).
Note: this method is for Horiz-Hold welded pivot.
1. 1. Remove the two dust caps with the 3mm allen key so the bearings are exposed.
2. 2. Loosen the 2 bearing clamp bolts that clamp up the bearings with the 5mm allen key.
3. 3. Using the rubber mallet, tap the drive side of the swingarm away from you. (Make sure you tap the weld so you don’t dent the frame).
4. 4. Clamp up the pinch bolt on the drive side. Now go round to the non-drive side. With some force, using the rubber mallet again, tap (on the weld) the swingarm, away from you.
5. 5. This will move the bearing off the pivot pin. Now slacken the pinch bolt and repeat the process until the bearing is completely off. Do the same for the opposite side.
6. 6. To fit the new bearings, apply copperslip grease to the internal bearing surface. Centre the bearing with the pivot pin and tap it on.
7. 7. Centre the swingarm on the pivot pin and torque up the bearing clamp bolts (16NM) and the dust caps (5NM).
8. 8. Done

What would be the best type of shirts/jeans/bathing suits for my body type?
I'm 15, i like hippy-esque/vintage/indie clothes.
I'm 5''5 and 127 lbs. i am a 34-B. My waist is 27 inches, my bottom is 38. (its muscle not fat!! Yes i know i have a big butt) my legs are very long and thin, the length is a little more than half my height. I have thin arms as well.

A couple of acoustic guitar issues...?
Okay. I've had my guitar for a few months now (since around last July/August) and it's really great, but I have a few quirks with it. It's a Yamaha F325
To start with, it sounds way too loud. If I play it normally, I can hardly hear my own voice, and I'm not a very quiet person. I feel like I'm hitting the strings a bit too hard. I think this may have to do with the picks I use (orange Dunlap Tortex), because they always slip out of my fingers when I'm playing. The gauge of my strings is about .11, and they also feel a bit stiff.
When I play my friends guitar, the strings feel looser and sound softer. So any help here?
The Yamaha F325 is a dreadnought and they tend to be loud since they're so large. For your next guitar get a smaller one like a grand concert size.
I use the red Dunlop tortex picks but I have some orange as well and I've never had a problem holding on to them. I think this may have more to do with your picking technique than with the specific pick you're using but it's certainly cheap enough to buy and try some other brands of picks. There are even picks with grippy material at the top to make it easier to hold on to. You might want to discuss this with your guitar teacher.
You're already using light gauge strings but you might try a coated string which is slightly softer sounding due to the coating. I use and recommend Elixir Nanoweb light gauge acoustic strings. Good luck.
