It depends on what kind of music you most want to play. Honestly I wouldn't go for the 100 buck one. It may be a great deal but just spend a little more to get something you can learn on. I know from experience how hard it is to learn on a crap guitar.

What guitars have LSR Roller Nut, locking tuners, and locking bridge saddles but NOT a floyd rose?

Hello! Assuming you are talking only about Fender Stratocasters, it would seem that the latest American Deluxe Stratocaster HSS guitars have eliminated the locking saddles (see http://www.samash.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_American%20Deluxe%20Stratocaster%20HSS%20Electric%20Guitar%20Assorted%20Colors_-1_10052_10002_183876_cmCategorySA-10001 for example), but retain all the other features you seek. In looking at a number of guitar parts sources (including Fender), it would appear that the locking saddle bridge is not available as a replacement item. Further, Fender does not list a guitar currently available with that particular bridge arrangement. Whenever a unique feature appears and then is eliminated shortly thereafter, you have to wonder if there was an inherent problem or lack of interest in the feature. In this case, I would guess that there was really no justification for locking the string at the saddle, as it is held firmly in place by the bridge counterweight. Sure, it is remotely possible that a string could slip slightly away from the ball end with aggressive tremolo use, but that very unlikely occurrence does not justify adding locking string saddles in my mind. Looking at the bridge picture (see http://www.musiciansfriend.com/document?cpd=0OEY&doc_id=99371&base_pid=511146&index=2 ), it may have been a bit more complicated to adjust the string height and intonation, as well. I would suggest forgetting the locking saddles, and go with the current Deluxe HSS model. Trust me, locking machine tuners and roller nuts are really terrific stability enhancements for Stratocasters! Best regards, Dana
